The best foods and beauty recipes to have a beautiful skin (sublime!)

These tips to help you overcome age naturally may seem paradoxical coming from a plastic surgeon, but Dr. Andrew Ordon, who was co-host of the famous American show The Doctors rises against the scalpel mentality at all costs! In his book, Better in 7: The Ultimate 7-Day Guide to a Better You, Dr. Ordon favors a more natural and less invasive approach to skincare. We loved her self-made beauty recipes to treat dark circles under the eyes or to have shiny hair and velvety skin. Better yet: you can prepare them with ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen.
